Yes. We can refresh what you have or rebuild it, whichever gets you the better result. The free check-up will tell you which makes sense.
Who owns the website and domain?
Your domain is registered in your name from day one. The same goes for your Google and Facebook pages. We're added as managers and you stay the owner. Our terms spell out exactly what happens to the site at the end of your plan, so there are no surprises.
What happens after 12 months?
Most clients keep going month to month so their site stays updated and promoted. If you'd like to move on, we'll help you take everything with you.
Can you guarantee I'll be number one on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we promise is the work: a clear, fast site, an active Google listing and steady monthly improvements, with reports so you can see the results.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually two to three weeks from our first chat, depending on how quickly we can gather your photos and details.
What's the difference between the two plans?
Essentials covers your website and getting found on Google, Apple Maps, Bing and local directories. Website + Socials adds your Facebook page, with your monthly posts shared there too. If your customers follow you on Facebook, Socials is the one.
Do you do Instagram or paid ads?
Not in the base plans, because doing them properly takes a lot more time. We can add them on once your site and listings are working well.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. If you can send an email, you can work with us.
